3845 T1 Layer 1 shutdown

Hi

I have a 3845 with a VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1. My T1 was working but we hade to remove a wic card and a DSP to install it in another router.

Since we made that change our T1 does not come up. We erase the configuration that was in it and configure the router again from the start.

The service provider told me that the problem is not coming from them...

Here is my configuration in attachment

Did you do a loopback test?

Yes we did. I use a loopback in the wic card and I loop the ethernet patch cord.

Did you power off the router before you removed the WIC.

Is the provider providing clocking on those circuits? And are they 24 channels?
