3850 stack and IOS-XE upgrade

Hello,

I have question about pair of 3850 in stack and IOS-XE version upgrade in such case.

As i can see in docs, after you place new ios on flash you must reload all switches at once. In 3750x you can use RSU which is good.

So my question here: if I have one server with dual NIC which connected to each 3850. Can I have any way to avoid lost of full connectivity when doing IOS upgrade?

Hi,

RSU is not supported in IOS-XE. It was only available in a couple older versions of IOS.

So, you would need to reboot the entire stack.
