Actually, It can removed but after reboot the switch(Stacking) it come back.
Command is
class-map match-any non-client-nrt-class ! policy-map port_child_policy class non-client-nrt-class bandwidth remaining ratio 10 !
It didn't show in startup-config but it still in running-config.
If remove it when switch running it disappeared. But after I reload the switch it come back!
Switches are..

Hello,
how are you removing the configuration ?
Try to clear the class from the policy map first, then the policy map, then the class map.
Do you have the policy map applied to an interface ?

Like I said. The configuration already remove by successful. But after reloaded the switch, they came back.
As they didn't appeared in startup-config and running-config. But still in running-config after reload.
