according to cisco website's fact sheet it, says that the supv 10gige does "Full layer3" routing however it seems that this is incorrect. In eigrp there is no way to disable stub routing. It is on by default and you can not remove it.

Are you running the Enhanced L3 software image which supports full routing. The basic L3 image supports RIP/static and i believe EIGRP stub.
