4500X bugs...

We have a WS-C4500X-32 and have recurring problems with it:

If the port of entering the LACP Port-channel pull out module or disconnect fiber, then after some time the port hangs with the message

"%C4K_HWPORTMAN-3-TXQUEDRAINFAILURE: Failed to drain transmit Failed to drain transmit queues on Switch Phyport Te1/XX using slot pool 65535" and after return back this port does not send traffic. Corrected only reboot.

How without reboot withdraw port out of this state?

And today rebooted with the following diagnosis after a few weeks of working:

Sep  2 16:36:00: %SYS-3-INVMEMINT: Invalid memory action (malloc) at interrupt level

-Traceback= 1#30b33d0f1b99e378ef2c80c83b545634

Please stand by while rebooting the system...

Restarting system.

What to do?

IOS XE 3.4.0SG (cat4500e-universal.SPA.03.04.00.SG.151-2.SG.bin)

So far from December 2012 for this switch was not updates?

Re: 4500X bugs...

Seems to me this is the kind of trouble that you should bring to the TAC.
