We have a WS-C4500X-32 and have recurring problems with it:
If the port of entering the LACP Port-channel pull out module or disconnect fiber, then after some time the port hangs with the message
"%C4K_HWPORTMAN-3-TXQUEDRAINFAILURE: Failed to drain transmit Failed to drain transmit queues on Switch Phyport Te1/XX using slot pool 65535" and after return back this port does not send traffic. Corrected only reboot.
How without reboot withdraw port out of this state?
And today rebooted with the following diagnosis after a few weeks of working:
