Has anyone ever had this happened to a 4506 blade?
May 18 03:40:19: %EC-5-UNBUNDLE: Interface GigabitEthernet1/1 left the port-channel Port-channel1
May 18 03:40:19: %EC-5-UNBUNDLE: Interface GigabitEthernet1/2 left the port-channel Port-channel1
May 18 03:41:49: %C4K_L2MAN-6-INVALIDSOURCEADDRESSPACKET: Packet received with invalid source MAC address (79:73:74:20:34:35) on port Gi1/1 in vlan 1
.May 18 06:58:18: %C4K_LINECARDMGMTPROTOCOL-4-INITIALTIMEOUTWARNING: Lemans 3-3(Gi3/17-24) - management request timed out.
The last entry was when I was able to council into the switch. A reinsert of the card did not help. Reboot did return switch to normal.
Any thoughts? Thanks

Using the 'Error Message Decoder' on cco:
First Error: %C4K_L2MAIN....
This indicates a packet was received with an all zeros or a multicast source ip address.
Please see the following link for more info on the error:
Second Error: %C4K_LINECARD....
This indicates a problem with an ASIC on the line card. If occuing often, this may be indicative of a problem. If only once, it should be ok.
