4507 upgrade problem

Anybody saw this problem?

Cat 4507 Sup IV is currently running cat4000-i5k2s-mz.121-20.EW1.bin

I have copied newer image (tried more ones for example cat4000-i5s-mz.122-25.EWA14.bin).

After reload there could be seen a succesfull FPGA image upgrade.

But the switch failed boot the new image with an "image corupt" message.

I tried more 12.2 images, I tried perform "verify" command, bootrom vas upgraded to 122_31r_SGA4

Many thanks for help

Mirek

Re: 4507 upgrade problem

format the flash then copy the IOS and change the boot variable.

This should fix the problem.
