4507 with Redundant SUPS

I get this message whenever I do a wr mem:

%HA_CONFIG_SYNC-3-IPC: cannot open standby port no such port

%C4K_REDUNDANCY-5-CONFIGSYNC: The startup-config has been successfully synchronized to the standby supervisor

%C4K_REDUNDANCY-5-CONFIGSYNC: The private-config has been successfully synchronized to the standby supervisor

%HA_CONFIG_SYNC-3-IPC: cannot open standby port no such port.

Any ideas what is going on? Redundancy Mode is set to RPR.

The "%HA_CONFIG_SYNC-3-IPC: cannot open standby port no such port..." error is generated due to a configuration synchronization problem/error that occured.

The C4K lines are only informational stating that configuration synch did occur successfully.

Since the config sync did complete sucessfully, there should be no problem failing over to the standby if it is required. You should test this after hours to be sure.

(verify your IOS is the same version on both sups)

Just found out the the IOS versions are different. Thats the problem.

Thanks.
