We have 4507R+E standalone switch and dont have the pair. Can we use C3560G switch as pair ? 4507 as HSRP primary and C3560G as secondary ?

If I am understanding the

If I am understanding the below correctly then yes it can be done.

Understanding HSRP

Routers in an HSRP group can be any router interface that supports HSRP, including Catalyst 3750-X or 3560-X routed ports and switch virtual interfaces (SVIs). Router interfaces are not supported when the switch is running the LAN base feature set.

Hi, I haven't seen an HSRP

I haven't seen an HSRP configuration like this before since the reason for using that protocol is to have near a 100% redundancy in case of a failure, these are different platforms that may not share the same exact configuration/features and therefore this can create problems. I would say that this is not a recommend why to achieve redundancy for your network.

Hope this helps.

A second confirmation, yes you can.

You'll probably want to trunk between them.  Be careful in your STP topology design as you normally don't want to transit downstream switches.  (Most likley, you would want to root your 4500.)

Also, if you have a 4507R, you running with a 2nd sup?  If so, adding a HSRP peer should really add much to your overall redundancy.
