4510R+E few PoE ports do not work

hey guys,

i have a cisco 4510R+E with Sup 7-E 10GE and these line cards WS-X4748-UPOE+E .. once all ports are filled up in a line card, a few poe ports stop working. they do not power up. internet works, but poe does not work. cisco recommends to RMA the product, but it happens too often and i feel its not a defective line card but some setting thats messing things up. please let me know what details u need from me to help troubleshoot this issue.

Hi,

You probably have a defective hardware/line card. I would RMA it back to Cisco for replacement.
