4510R PoE

does any one knows if the 4510R supports PoE with power supply of 1400 watts?

Actually,

The 1400 WAC (PWR C45-1400AC) DOES NOT provide PoE.

The 1400 WDC-P (PWR C45-1400DC-P) does provide poe but it's a DC PS

Yes it does -

You should use the power calculator for which there is a link in the doc above.

You can run the power supplies in redundant or combined mode. Combined mode means both power supplies are used to power devices. Obviously if one power supply fails you then lose power to devices.

Don't worry, it happens because there are two flavors of 1400W... it's always confusing
