6500 booting in ROMMON mode

Dear Friends,

I am getting memory parity error as seen from sh ver output. The 6500 rebooted suddenly at rommon prompt. When i boot it manually from rommon prompt and execute sh ver once the IOS is booted, i get the following output:

But the customer has Sup 720 (MSFC3/PFC3).

Can someone help me on this please?

With a memory parity error you can try to clear the hardware by pulling the Sup out of the slot and letting it sit a minute. If the problem persists you really need to open a tac case to get the thing RMA'd. With hardware errors like that you really should call TAC anyway.
