6506-E reboot issue due to s/w reset

Hi Team,

We have one Cisco 6506-E with SUP-720-3B installed at one Customer place.This Switch got rebooted and giving last reset from s/w reset.

cisco WS-C6506-E (R7000) processor (revision 1.1) with 516096K/8192K bytes of memory.

Processor board ID SAL123842L6

SR71000 CPU at 600Mhz, Implementation 1284, Rev 1.2, 512KB L2 Cache

Last reset from s/w reset

Also attaching here show tech and crash information collected for this carsh issue.Please confirm if there is any specific BUG impact or any Hardware Fault.

Hi,

You are running a very old version of IOS (12.2(33)SXH3).

You may want run a new a version and keep an eye on it for a while.

Please confirm some other points if getting here for this crash other than IOS image as very old using this time and need upgrade with later image or latest one.
