I have got a sup32 module in 6506-E chassis runing catos cat6000-sup32pfc3k9.8-7-2a.bin. Recently we reloaded the switch and the switch came up with the following error.
Supervisor module 5 encontered CRITICAL failure Use 'show diagnostic result module 5' to see results of tests. Failed Module Bringup Process Use 'show test 5' to see results of tests. Use 'reset 5' to reset the module.
And the switch gave the prompt as "Error-5-C6506E>".
