6509 48 port ethernet blade packet output malfunction!

Hi

Has anyone experienced a problem like the one we'e just encountered:

To cut a long story short, we have a 6509 with a single 48 port ethernet blade installed. Ports 25-48 have stopped all output of frames(frames may still be input).Thare no errors reported on the interface or in the log.

Does anyone know what could have caused this?
