6509 cvdm login problem

Hi,

I just installed CiscoView Device Mgr 1.0 on a new Cat 6509 switch with a single Sup720 running IOS 12.217d)SXB1. The problem is that when I try to launch CVDM by using http://192.168.100.1/flash/cv/applet.html?dynarchives=cvdm-c6500-1.1.sgz, I get the splash CVDM splash screen followed by a login prompt. I enter my user name and password. It accepts this, and then I am prompted by the Java Login. It accepts this login and starts loading diceloader.

I can get no further than this. I either get a frozen screen or my Internet Explorer 6.0 window closes.

This has occurred with 2 different PCs I have used to launch CVDM.

Anyone had this similar problem.

You are probably hitting the following two bugs,

1) CSCsc10956

2) CSCsc53319
