6509 Module Failure

Hi,

As per the outputs looks like the module 2 is getting reset for no apparent reason. The logs showed the system resets the power for module 2 and it comes back in a while with clean diagnostic results. This can be an issue with the module itself, the slot in the chassis or it could be that the module is not seated properly or there is dust in the module and backplane contact. In this case, I would say that you can try reseating the module, try swapping the module with a module in any other slot working fine. This will help you to isolate the issue further and see if it is hardware related.

Hope this helps.
