Hi Kernel,
Yes you can run your switch in NATIVE IOS mode but currently your switch is running in Hybrid mode and to convert form Hybrid mode to Native mode you have to go through the conversion procedure.
Have a look at this link for more details on Hrbrid mode to Native Mode conversion

Hi Kernel,
You are not running a Native IOS on your box and your sup engine is running in HYBRID MODE where there is a CATOS for all layer 2 configuration and interfaces configuration and IOS loaded on MSFC for all routing configuration.
In HYBRID mode you can see all modules only from CATOS and when you access MSFC via session command you are on the IOS on MSFC which can be used to configure all layer 3 coniguration like intervlan routing and other stuffs.
Only when you are running a NATIVE IOS which means a complete one IOS for both supervisor and msfc then from IOS mode you can see all your modules installed and can configure the ethernet interfaces even as layer 3 interfaces which is not possible in HYBRID mode.
So you won;t be able to see any modules from MSFC itself. So you can configure your ethernet module and its interfaces only for layer 2 operation from CATOS and all configurations relating to layer 3 for those vlans should be done on MSFC.
