Hello I am currently running my 6513 at 110V with a max of 3000Watts. I need to install more blades upgrade power source to 220V to take advantage of the 6000 Watts capability. Now will I have 6000watts in redundant mode or combine?

Always run on redundant mode, never on combined mode. You don't want to have a single power supply fail and then lose power in the modules due to this failure.
You haven't mentioned how many modules are you planning to add and the type, but I believe 6000W should be enough to run on redundant mode.

Thanks! just two more gig blades for now. Can swapp power source without powering down the switch one at a time?

Hmm.. Good question. "I believe it can be done" but things like that I usually do during a maintenance window and just unplug both power supplies while doing the migration.

This is a change we've preformed a number of times with that exact power supply - it can indeed be done without powering down the switch if your running in redundant mode. If you turn off a supply and cable it to the 220V, and then turn it back on (make sure to wait 15 seconds) and then turn off the second power supply, the switch will automatically fail over to the 200V without rebooting.
Also agree that the change should be done during a window, 'just in case'.
