We have a 6513 with Sup720-3BXL. Currently it takes default route from our ISP. The average CPU utilization is 10%. The peak is around 20%. We are thinking to take full route from the ISP. Anyone have experience about this? Thanks a lot.

With a Sup720-BXL you have no problem taking the full BGP IPv4 routing table. The BXL has 512 entries to accept specific routes... Currently the IPv4 routing table (as we see it) is 218758.

If you had a Sup720-B well... that would be a bit of an issue that you would have to overcome ;)

You should have no problems at all accepting the full routing table because the box handles all the routes in the FIB TCAM.
