802.1p Marking

I'm trying to setup marking of frames with a 802.1p tag.

My network consists of a 6509 switch, 2 7200VXR routers and a non-cisco MSAN.

One 7200 trunks vlan 660 through the switch to the MSAN.

The other 7200 trunks vlan 700 through the switch to the MSAN.

I want vlan 660 to arrive at the MSAN without a dot1p marking (or a marking of 0) and I want vlan 700 to arrive with a dot1p marking of 3.

I'm a bit confused on how to do this, possible methods would be marking on the 7200 egress, 6509 ingress or 6509 egress.

What would be the best way forward?

Don't trust the marking of CoS on 6509 ports,

it should then automatically set to 0.
