827 router problem

Hi all,

I have  cisco router 827 and it is working that have interface ethernet0 which workes on 10M/half duplex and the problem i configure it to 100M/Full duplex.

Note that the system software is (C820-K9OSY6-M), Version 12.3(26)

Hi,

it depends on what is on the oposite side of your router and then decide if you can configure your interface to 100M/full duplex.

If you configure ethernet0 to duplex auto and speed auto so what is result?

there is no speed or duplex commands under (interface ethernet 0) ,is it posssible

Hi,

regarding of the software version it would be possible. But regarding of hardware i think it is not. So if you want to use greater speed you will have to replace your current router with newer model.
