887VA seems to crash

Hi All,

my 887 seems to crash for some reason every night. The CD, Data, and port 3,4 leds are not on and the router doesn't respond to pings from the inside network.  After a reboot everything runs fine. Doe anyone have an idea whats going on? 

The device runs on version  15.4(1)T1

Hi,

Please check syslog during that time, may give some hint of possible issue. Suspecting low memory issue due to memory leak. Check memory utilization on regular interval to check any memory leak (show proc memory sorted).

hi Akash,

i've set up a syslog server and put the logging mode in debug on the router. Apart from the usual dhcp and startup messages there is nothing to see. I've decided to send it back to the distributor.
