aaa authorization local

I have excuted below commands

aaa authentication ssh console LOCAL

aaa authentication telnet console LOCAL

user name abc password xyz encrypted.

now i want to alow the user abc to excute only few commands such as show , clear ,crypto commands.

He should not have access to config mode also.

Please quide me.
