Access Server - connecting to s1 but no cli

I am currently setting up an access server and can now connect to my switch1 but getting a blank screen and no cli.

i use the ctrl shift 6 -x and can return to AS but never getting anything to perform commands on SW1.

am i missing something here????

I think I have finally sorted it out.

My cables are numbered from 0 - 7 and I was using 1 - 5 and not able to connect to s1 which should of had cable 0.

Seems logical now.
