ACL Not logging

Hi,

I am having a cisco 3750 switch in which 2 vlans are configured.

I make ACL to control packets between 2 nets.

The ACL functions but it does not make log. I installed one syslog server, but the switch don?t make log

Please, anybody can help me?

Hi Claudio,

The ACL are proccessed in hardware and hence you may not see the hitcounts when you issue a show access-lists

If you want to log the access-lists, make sure you include the log statement at the end of the access-list

Eg

access-list 100 permit ip any any log

Yes, the ACL are processed, but not make log and i placed LOG parameter in the end of ACL.
