ACL to permit a subnet address

Hi, please refresh my mind on the format of this acl command.

I need to add to an acl on PIX outside interface to permit an external subnet address eg 123.123.123.0/24, access to an inside host 10.10.10.10 using smtp port 25.

Thanks
