Hi all, if i have a router with an interface on the 192.168.3.0/24 network and the other on a 10.118.200.0/24 network, but I route other 10.118.0.0 routes out of the 10.118.200.0/24 interface, how do I advertise the routes to that other network out the 192.168.3.0 interface? do I do a summary route, or redist static ?

Carl,

Redistribute static should work just fine.

is this what I would normally do? could I also use a summary route covering the non directly connected networks, then once the traffic reaches my local router it would use the static route ?
