Application response times

There is a windows DOS command which measures network response times using TCP traffic. I cannot remember the command. It features in the old CIT CCNP exam. I think it is something like TTCN and has a number variable.

Any suggestions please? It is driving me mad.

Test TCP (Ttcp.exe) is a tool that you can use to listen for and send TCP segment data or UDP messages between two nodes. Ttcp.exe is provided with Windows XP Service Pack 2 in the Valueadd\Msft\Net\Tools folder of the Windows XP Service Pack 2 CD-ROM.
