I would like to archive configurations on Cat 6500.
Is it fine to archive configuration to sup-bootdisk or sup-bootflash. Could you please tell me the difference between bootdisk and bootflash.

They are both file systems in the 6500, the sup-bootflash is often seen in the system when you have the 64MB bootflash device.
If you see the bootdisk available as a file system, you have the Compact Flash Adapter that holds 512MB.
