Area range command is used from the perspective of an ABR between areas. The range command itself doesn't have a way of specifying the interface/neighbor to which you can specifically advertise/hide a route to/from them.
What you should be able to do is to create a separate process on the summarizing router. One process for area 0 and 1, and another process for area 2. Then you can configure your range command for whatever process you need it for. You'll have to get into redistribution should you decide to do this though, and you'd have to redistribute on the summarizing router. Otherwise, areas 1 and 2 won't know each other exist.
