Arp timeout can be found per interface when you do a "show int | i ARP"

Router(config)#do sh int fa0/1 | i ARP

ARP type: ARPA, ARP Timeout 04:00:00

You can change it per interface with the "arp timeout " command on the interface. Default is 4 hours...
