hi guys,
my ASA 5505 just woke up one day and didnt allow me to login to it with ASDM. i can console in though but telnet, ssh and asdm will not work. it just times out.
please help!

sounds like your Windows PC JAVA application has been updated.
My experience has been to ensure the correct version of JAVA is loaded and NEVER upgrade.

I know there is a bug with the ASDM 6.x code, that after a year of uptime, ASDM doesn't load. You need to reboot the ASA to gain ASDM access.

i have heard of that error too, unfortunatley, i tried to reconfigure the ASA to permit ASDM connection before i rebooted it.
