ASA 5510 -Kiwi syslog Configuring

I have a ASA 5510 and Kiwi syslog / Daemon is suggested for use. This product for now will be loaded on my workstation. This is the freeware version. How can I configure this product to get the loggs and how can I controll the size. Is there another product. Thanks

The easiest way is to just enable logging on the ASA and point it to your workstation.

logging trap debug

logging host inside [your IP]

KIWI out of the box should be OK. Start it and you should start seeing log traffic. You might want to change the logging level on the ASA, but debug will be a good place to start, just to make sure everything is working.
