Can anybody pls share benefit of ASR router w.r.t 3800/7200 Router
ASRs (I assume you're asking about the 1Ks) are "faster", "newer" OS (XE), some new software features and greater range in performance (ESP-2.5 up to ESP-200) and number of models (ASR 1001 up to ASR 1013). Some ASR 1Ks provide additional software or hardware redundancy.
& Nexus Switch w.r.t to 65xx Switch
Depends on what models you're comparing between between the two series, but Nexus might be "faster", has "newer" OS (NX), some new features. Nexus series is a "larger" family of devices too.
The recent 6807 narrows some of the advantages of the Nexus, for it offers much more bandwidth capacity per slot and also offers fabric extenders (the IA switches).
PS:
The Nexus series is oriented toward the needs of data centers, the 6500/6800 series are more "generic".
