Best Practicies - 3 SW Core - 10 Vlans - using HSRP interface VLANs

Dears

How are you all ?

I need to redesign a network where customer has only 1 SW-CORE w/ 10 VLANs (this SW core do all the inter-vlan routing)

We decided to redesign to 3 SW CORES (need 18 giga ports for VMware environment)

Actually We have 10 VLANs and we want to design all interface VLANs using HSRP in all inteface VLANs, sharing the "routing-load"between the Switches....

This is the initial design

VLANsCORE 01CORE 02CORE 03

This is the way I am connecting the SW-CORES

SW01-(g1/1)-----------------------------(g1/1)-->SW02

SW01-(g1/2)-----------------------------(g1/2)-->SW03

SW02-(g1/2)-----------------------------(g1/1)-->SW03 >>>> When I do this connection I have flaping problem w/ this switch... interface keeps UP/DOWN

I would like to know the best practicies to do that, also how should I connect the SW CORES, any special STP configuration, etc etc...

Do you guys have any specific documentation ?

Thanks in advance!

Fabio
