BOOTLDR did not change after upgrade

I upgrade my Cisco 3750E stack from 12.2(44r)SE5 to 122-55.SE9 but my bootldr stay at 12.2(44r)SE5.  Should I do anything to change this or this the expected output?  This is my output from sh version:

There is no need to worry about the Bootloader software version.

 

There will be an upgrade when you go from 12.2(58)SE and above.
