The C2911 has 3 integrated 10/100/1000 Ethernet ports (RJ-45 only).
Can these ports be of any type, LAN, WAN, Dot1q trunk ports.

Yes they can. The dot1q trunk would need to be configured as a subinterface with the appropriate encapsulation, but it will support all 3...
