C2960 is down

hi,

I entered "erase start" then "reload". after that syst led started to flashing(green) I have been waiting for 15 min but it is still flashing and it does not work. I have unpluged and pluged the power cable, but everything is still same, could anyone tell me how to solve the problem?

Hi Serdar,

It seems as hardware problem, make sure able the power which is using by ups.

Hi Naidu,

Thanks for ur interest. "erase start" command deleted IOS of the C2960. I have downloaded IOS to the switch, everything is ok now. Thank you.
