Check: "show env all".

"show env all"  has both temperature and fan "OK",

but my problem is the blow of the fan try!, it's always 100% and i think can set with ios command, or not?

bye,

Re: c3750G-12S-S

When you power up a 3750/3750-E the appliance goes into a POST (Power On Self-Test).  The system will send the fan to full power to ascertain it's functionality.  After this stress test the fan will operate at normal level.

Are you asking if there's any way to disable this?  Why?  Where is the appliance located?  Is it located near staffs and employees?

no, my problem is that, after POST, the fan try is always at 100%,  but "sh env all " is always OK

can i set the fan try speed with ios command?

No you can't.  You may want to raise a Cisco TAC and have the appliance RMA-ed.
