C500 Switch

I am facing some problem with the C500 switch.Switch port is hang imultaneously in between 3 to 4 hour.And after restart the switch its working some time and

again goes down.

I have system massages in that it shows me caused by MAC address 0201.0000.0000. on port fastethernet14.i didn?t understand where the exact problem.

I think when you discover a device in the Discover Devices dialog box, the application sometimes displays the following dialog boxes as prompts:

Security Certificate

VPN Peer IP Address

Device Credentials

Sometimes, these dialog boxes disappear behind the Discover Devices dialog box, and the device discovery appears to hang.

Hi,

Make sure that you have 12.2.25 SEG running on the box , set up the right switch port role.

Hi,

Box running on 12.2.25 SEG.and port role is Desktop.Still we face the same problem.I also check by replacing the switch but still problem is not solved.
