The error message means that Netflow TCAM has experienced a single bit parity error that the forwarding engine ECC has corrected. This condition can be transient in nature. However, if persistent it may indicate faulty mem. This seems to be coming from slot 3. You can attempt to reseat the card to allow GOLD diagnostics to test the module and verify if the condition continues. If it does, I recommend you open a Cisco Service Reqeust for further troubleshooting.
