Can I check utilization on 4510E backplane

I am looking at moving from Sup 6E to 7 mainly for 10G support and NetFlow.  Backplane doubles from 32 to 64 it looks like.  Is there a way I can se if the existing 32G backplane is under stress to see if a backplane upgrade is needed regardless now?

Can you check if below is supported on your box..I am not sure for 4500

#sh fabric ?
  active            crossbar fabric linecard active and backup info
  channel-counters  fabric channel counters
  clear-block       clear-block congestion control for fabric channels
  drop              drop counters for different queues in fabric
  errors            fabric port errors
  status            status of crossbar fabric
  switching-mode    crossbar fabric and system switching modes
  utilization       fabric port utilization percentage
