Ive got a scenario where i have two 3750g-24 switches that i need to connect to two 3750g-12 port fiber switches. I know i can matrix the 24 port switches together but what about the 12 port fiber switches. Can i connect those via a matrix cable so that they apear as one switch? This would make management much easier. I presume that you can but need someone to confirm this for me.
Thanks,
Pat

yes, you can stack the 3750g-12 port fibre switch to a 3750g 24 ps switch using the stackwise cables

Hi Pat,
When stacking 3750s, you can have a combination of 24 port 48 ports, 12 ports, G-series, E-series, etc...
So, yes you can stack your 24 port with your 12 port switch as long as they all run the same image.
