Can I upgrade cisco 3750 switch from 12.2(53r) to 15.2(1)E2 without any issues?

Hi All,

Can I upgrade cisco 3750 switch from 12.2(53r) to 15.2(1)E2 without any issues?

Or is there any upgrade path to follow to reach 15.2(1)E2.

Thank You,

P Phani.

"without any issues" is an understatement if you are talking about IOS train 15.2(1)E.   I would recommend you test this IOS on a stand-alone (fully configured) 3750 and see for yourself.  As for me, I downgraded to 15.0(2)SE4 because the entire 15.2(1)E train is riddled with CPU bugs.

Another thing, what exact model of 3750?  If you have a 3750 with only 16 mb flash, then the highest IOS you can upgrade to is 12.2(55)SE train.  This train, 12.2(55)SE9, is deemed as the most stable IOS.
