Can't console into fasthub 400

Hi all. I cannot console into a fasthub 400. I have tried using ZOC and hypterterminal.

I can telnet into the hub though. do you know of anything I can try to enable the com port or other advice?

The console port on the hub provides terminal and PC access to the hub. After the hub is installed, be sure to configure the console port settings of the hub to match the settings of the terminal or PC.

These are the default settings of the hub console port:

•Baud rate default is 9600.

•Data bits default is 8.

•Stop bits default is 1.
