Can't Ping Locally

Trying to install Trend-Micro as a new virus protection. It installs on the server, then you give it a range of IPs to install the client on.

The server is 192.168.12.149

It cannot ping any of the clients in the building (which are all in the 12 subnet). However, from the server I CAN ping devices in the 10 and 13 subnets....

Trend-Micro can find NO clients in the 12 range...I'm stumped! Any ideas what I should start looking at?

Have you tried pinging the server from the clients ?

It could be firewalls on the clients that are blocking the ping requests.

This seems logical, as the server is the domain controller for this domain. So every day, the servers login to this server. They are just using Windows firewall, and so are devices in the 11 and 13 subnets, and THOSE devices answer the ping. It's just weird!

I will try from a PC there to see if it can ping the server.
