can't telnet Cisco2950 - can access connected devices

I have a 2950 switch that connect my servers from 3 VLANs to the main switch (Cisco 3560)

all my switches use VLAN1 with 192.168.74.x IP, the main switch is also configured with IPs on each of the other 3 VLANs

PCs on the network can telnet any 74.x switch, well - not that one 2950

the 2950 switch can only be accessed from the other switches

what would cause it to block non 74.x IPs from accessing it???

Ofir

The symptoms that you describe suggest that either the switch does not have a default-gateway configured or that the configured default-gateway is not correct. Can you post the switch config - or at least tell us what, if anything, the switch has for a default-gateway?
