Can we upgrade a C2960S-48LPS-L from 12.2(55)SE3 to 15.2 E5?

Hi all,

Just double checking this because I couldn't find a simple matrix that would show me the compatibility and I don't want to crash my switch.  We are running firmware upgrades on several switches and I want to make sure I can make a straight upgrade from 12.2(55)SE3 to 15.2 E5.

Is there anyone here on the forum that can advise me here?

You should be able to upgrade. But I suggest if you have contract open a ticket with the Cisco TAC.
